The menu is set, but never fixed.
Our seasonal banquet menu is built based on your group’s dietary needs and around what the season offers us—served course by course, designed to be passed, shared, and remembered.
For a seamless dining experience, we ask groups to enjoy our seasonal set menu, tailored to accomodate every guest of the group.
All wines we list are natural wines – farmed at minimum, all organically, but many of them biodynamically.
All have no additions other than tiny amounts of sulphur. Each of our producers carries an ethos of great farming, sustainable practices and desire to keep the soils they work in as healthy as possible.
Curated by Jaymie, our Head Sommelier, our wine packages feature a focused selection of local and European producers. These wines all have a story, the people behind them, the land they come from, and the joy created by the bottles enjoyed amongst friends.
Each bottle is chosen to complement the seasonal menu and reflect the character of its region, offering a guided exploration of some of the most expressive wines we're currently pouring.
